Bow view of the sloop EFFIE which has been hauled out and tied up alongside a dock so as not to tip over once low tide has left it high and dry. This has likely occurred to make the hull available for repairs of some sort. Also seen in this view are anumber of rowboats in the foreground and an assortrmet of barrels, baskets, etc. on th dock.
