Chinese Curio Cabinet
Teak parquetry cabinet has decorative models of Asian buildings, sliding screen doors, functional drawers and intricate inlaid wood designs, leading to speculation that it was a cabinetmaker's display sample of patterns in his repertoire. Owned by Josiah Ames Colcord of Stockton Springs, Maine circa 1855.
