Old Town Model CS HW sponson canoe
18' L x 44" beam wooden Old Town Canoe, with sponsons, Grade C(ommon) S(ense) Model H(eavy) W(ater) built in 1948. Sold to Salisbury, Maryland, damaged in transit and returned to Old Town; repaired and sold to F. H. Salley, East Corinth. S/N 150800. Black exterior, wood varnished interior. Two seats. Restored by Jerry Stelmok before coming to the museum.
