White cotton skirt
White cotton petticoat. Bottom 1/2 of petticoat has ruffles teirs with pintucks, lace inset, ruffle and edging of handmade lace. Bottom 1/2 has underlayer with small ruffle at hem. Petticoat has been taken up above ruffle. Petticoat is pleated at back to waistband. Closes at center back with two shell button. Machine sewn. possibly commercialy produced. circa 1892
