Textile, clothing: child's petticoat Plain white cotton petticoat with 6 pintucks at bottom with a large hem edged with handmade lace. Back closed with milk glass button. Buttonhole in front waistband All clothing was found in a paper bag in John Roulstone's attic in summer of 2006. Clothing may have belonged to John's grandmother or mother. Condition: fair with some staining at lower edge and waist band. Also a few holes and tears.
