Pocket Diary for 1868 published by Wood & Dresser of Cambridgeport, Massachusetts and used by Captain Clifton Henry Havener as his logbook and diary aboard the 118' bark ORCHILLA (built by Henry Matthews in Searsport, Maine in 1856). Documents port stops in and voyages to Trinidad, St. Jago de Cuba, Matanzas, Damariscotta, Portland, and Bangor in the molasses trade, and voyage to Leghorn. Recounts time spent in Searsport and accounts with various Searsport businessmen.
