Steamboat W. G. BUTMAN
W. G. BUTMAN was the Matinicus mail boat from 1897 until 1915 and is pictured at the Matinicus dock. She ran regularly from Rockland to Matinicus and Criehaven . Built in 1896 at East Boothbay, she was owned since 1902 by Capt. William G. Butman.
