Lighthouse at Cape Hatteras, small buildings and a sea gull. "Much of the surf seining on the Banks is done near Cape Hatteras Lighthouse which is about 400 feet from the beach. The Light was authorized by Congress on May 13, 1794- tallest in the USA." [no NF ref]
