Kosti Ruohomaa got his young cousin, Bobby Lofman, seated on the right, and a friend, Bobby Garrison to sit down and eat lobster for Kosti's documentation. (Kosti Ruohomaa's notes) This was the large central image of several published in the June 12, 1949 issue of Parade on p.2. Kosti Ruohomaa took photographs detailing the process of shelling and eating a lobster, including photos of a lobster eating contest. He enjoyed the different faces made by the gourmands, and wrote humorous captions for his photos.
