Sloop beached
Image of a beached sloop, probably at Popham Village, Phippsburg, Maine. Visible in image: A small sloop, beached and heeled to starboard, is struck by incoming surf. Three people in white--probably crew from the Life Saving Service station--have pulled a dory out to the boat and appear to be helping a fourth person, in dark clothes, off the vessel. The sloop's rigging is in disarray.
