Riverside cottage
Image of a seaside cottage on Popham Beach, opposite Pond Island. Visible in image: A man stands on the porch of a finely-crafted seaside cottage. The cottage sports a large porch and a two-story bay window with a tower top. The sand on which the cottage is built is secured from erosion by a bulwark of logs. The large building behind and to the left of the cottage is the Hotel Rockledge on Sabino Hill. The man in the photograph bears a modest resemblance to James E. Perkins.
