Haley and Marr's store to Fort Popham
Image of Hunnewell's Point, Popham Village. Visible in image: The buildings of Hunnewell's Point. Front right is Haley and Marr's store; front left is a shed in which Clarence Perkins shucked clams (clam barrels sit on the wharf). The other buildings--(left to right) the large building built onto a pier, the stone barracks, the fort, the white house, and the bell tower--are all part of the Fort Popham installation. The bulk of Hunnewell's Point, on which they are built, is visibly fenced, walled, and gated.
