Potato harvest, October 13, 1967 at Perrin Farms, Sherman Mills, Maine. Potato barrels can be seen in the field beyond the two pickup trucks. On knees or hunched over standing, workers fill their baskets, which are then dumped into the barrels which, in turn, are collected onto a truck for transport to the storage shed.
