"Looking north from Hanley Corner on Oyster River Road. The house seen at the right is 50 Oyster River Road. The building to the left with the tall windows is Frank D. Rowe School. Construction of the building began in July 1939 and opened to students in January 1941. The school was originally a two-room school which is shown in the photo. The school was dedicated to Frank D. Rowe a long-time teacher and superintendent for Warren in September 1974." -- Karin Larson, Warren Historical Society 2022
