Image showing the front of the First Parish Congregational Church in Saco. A dark exposure creates an obscure and mysterious image of this unusually elaborate Congregational church's facade. The image shows the third church to be built by the parish on the site. With its references to Italianate and Gothic architecture, this one was designed by Boston architect John Stevens and built in 1863. The structure has since been given extensive 20th century post-modern additions. [A note on the negative sleeve reads: "Congregational Church - Saco, Maine D478"] No title.
