The Hitchin' Post- Cabins and Tourist Motel was located on U.S. Rt. 1- Searsport, Maine. It was owned and operated in 1950's-1960's by Harmon Tymeson, who was also a Searsport Police Officer. During the 1990s it was a well known restaurant known as The Rhumb Line. Currently, in 2023, it is a private home.
