The Stockholm High School, built in 1913, Stockholm, ME, a two story wood frame building sited on a small hill with a wide staircase up to the front door. Louvered cupola behind the chimney. Its barn was used to house the horses and sleds that were used to transport the students. It burned to the ground on May 21, 1977. A new school was built in its place. It is now used as the town office and a community center.
