Philco store and Buick dealer service is seen on the right, in the foreground, followed by Berries Jewelers and the Northeastland Hotel. On the left side of the street in this photograph beginning in the foreground is an apparel shop followed by an Enna Jettick Shoe Store, a Rexall Drug Store, a Nunn Bush Shoe Store, a Days Jewelry as well as a number of stores with unreadable signs. Also seen are numerous parked automobiles as well as two women, one in the street and one on the sidewalk. On both sides of the street one can see1940s vintage Duncan Miller Model 3D Parking Meters.
