Surf at The Head. Castine, Maine 773t While this scene of crashing waves on the rocks is identified as Castine, it could be many places on the rugged Maine coast. In fact, the same image was used on several Eastern Illustrating postcards, each identified as a different place. So while it could be Castine, Chamberlin or Monhegan, it is certainly Maine!
