Pryor and his sister Caroline in 1880. She afterwards married John B. Pine. Caroline and sister-in-law Edith Pryor deeded it to the Hancock Cty Trustees of Public Reservations in 1925 in honor of James and John. The Trustees then handed it over to Lafayette (Acadia) NP.
