Two story home with large locust trrees located in Bar Harbor used as a tourist home. Possibly owned by Arthur C. Higgins. Bar Harbor residents provided accomodations for the influx of seasonal tourists in different ways. Over time they built small cabins (early motels), hotels, and converted private homes exclusively for lodging. Residents also made rooms in their homes available as rentals for tourists.
