Cong. Church, Limerick, Me 42.
"Cong. Church, Limerick, Me 42." A small gathering of well-dressed people poses for the camera in front of the Congregational Church in Limerick on a summer day around the turn of the 20th century. A woman can be seen in the open doorway of the parish hall ell on the left. An older house on the right heightens the sense of community in this scene. According to Thomas LePage, the church was built in 1833.
