STINSON was built at Bellinger Shipbuilding, a division of Jacksonville Florida Shipyard as a deep sea fishing vessel with processing facilities including a blast freezer on board. Built for Stinson Canning Company of Prospect Harbor, the CALVIN L. STINSON fished the Grand Banks.
