J. & E. RIGGIN -May 5, 1977 - a ship built in 1927 at the Charles H. Stowman Shipyard of Dorchester, N.J. - restored beginning in 1975 by North End Shipyard of Rockland, Maine. Dave and Sue Allen, both natives of Maine, are owners and lead the restoration project. Shown here having 7 pieces of lead keel attached - a total of 10 tons.
