J. & E. RIGGIN -July 3, 1987 - a ship built in 1927 at the Charles H. Stowman Shipyard of Dorchester, N.J. - restored beginning in 1975 by North End Shipyard of Rockland, Maine. Dave and Sue Allen, both natives of Maine, are owners and lead the restoration project.
