Schooner HARVEY GAMAGE -coming out of Rockland Harbor - Rockland, Maine - September 6, 1976 - a 96' coasting schooner built with native Maine timber. Her frames are oak and she is being planked with 2 1/2 " thick oak and fir. Decks are native pine. She has 6 watertight bulkheads. Breadth of beam, 23' 7"; draft 9' 7"; sail area, 4,200square feet ; power - 188 horse diesel by Caterpillar (model 3304)
