UNICORN

UNICORN was built in 1948 as a schooner in Finland with Marshall Plan funding and converted to a square rigger in Denmark in 1968 and became a training vessel. UNICORN participated in Tall Ships in New York during bi-centennial activities.Purchased in 1977 by a group in Florida it was used for sailing instruction along the east coast of the U.S. Sailing training ship at East Boothbay, Me.
