Sandbagger yacht TAM O' SHANTER was moored alongside COLUMBIA in Camden Harbor in 1976, the year her reconstruction and restoration was completed by Havilah Hopkins, II. The small, dark 20 ft. sloop is dwarfed by the larger boat, but she can be seen next to COLUMBIA'S bow, behind a small float.
