SYLVINA BEAL

Four workmen are pictured in January 1981, on the deck of the schooner SYLVINA W. BEAL: (l-r) Capt. John Worth of Camden holding a long clamp; Jim McGinn of Belfast holding a sledge; Jeff Pearson of Searsport holding a hand saw; and Skip Green of Belfast holding a double edge ryoba saw. They were rebuilding the 1911 fishing boat and sardine carrier, so she could sail from Belfast as a summer windjammer with up to 18 passengers.
