SEA FEVER

Sonny Hodgdon fixed a broom on the top of the SEA FEVER's pilot house, indicating a "clean sweep" of June 1972 sea trials of the new offshore lobster boat. The 50 ft. boat was built at the G. I. Hodgdon Co. in East Boothbay, Maine, a new yard developed by George I. "Sonny" Hodgdon, specifically for building wooden lobster boats. Owner and captain Bob Brown lived in Marblehead, MA, and fished from Gloucester.
