PROUD MARY

Built at Atlantic Boat Works for Eugene Kral, a gem cutter from Flushing, N.Y. from a George Stadel Jr. design, PROUD MARY had a length of 43 feet 10 inches, beam of 13 feet 4 inches and draw of 5 feet 11 1/2 inches. The keel of poured lead supported the extra heavy 1 and 3/4 inch thick Honduran mahogany planking.
