Sandbagger yacht TAM O'SHANTER is the small, dark boat moored alongside of COLUMBIA and MARY DAY in Camden Harbor in 1976. The 20 ft. sloop was rebuilt in Rockland and Camden by Havilah Hawkins, II, who salvaged it from Warren, RI, where it was built in 1886.
