Seiners MARY GRACE / UNCLE GUY
Both vessels under construction, one behind the other. They were launched less than two months apart—UNCLE GUY on 8/17/1936 and MARY GRACE on 10/3/1936. These 86’ transom-sterned sisters were designed by Albert Condon; plans are at Mystic Seaport (catalog #35.14). [included in the exhibit "Working Waterfronts"]
