Small schooner-2 and several sloops moored in small Maine cove.
Small schooner-2 and several sloops moored in small Maine cove. Several rowing boats pulled up on shore. From William Bunting: 'Location is what might be called a hole or a guzzle. The little schooner is of a common type, no bigger than some sloops, but with easier-handled sail plan. Primarily used for fishing. A Friendship-type sloop lies in the background, with possibly a reach boat moored between. A glimpse of a smaller sloop grounded out at far right, likely for bottom work. A dory sits on the ledge at right foreground. note: caption on back says 'copied from book, did not give location'.
