Was originally 'old Seavey' house on Caldwell island, opposite Horse Point. House was moved by Norris H. Seavey, and was sold to Wyeth in September, 1920 note: one of a series of six N.C. Wyeth photos, 'from Betsey', probably Betsy Wyeth, wife of N.C.'s son Andrew LB2013.21.1316 - 1321
