New Sardine Carrier - 1
MARY ANNE is a new refrigerated 83 ft. sardine carrier, launched in 1948 at the Newbert & Wallace shipyard in Thomaston, Maine. The three unidentified men on deck appear to be sampling sardines from a tin. The boat's owner is Holmes Packing Co., Eastport.
