Abbie Clifford's embroidered, silk, fringed shawl
60"x60" embroidered silk fringed shawl presented to Abbie Clifford by the American consul at Hong Kong circa 1870. Vines and flowers embroidered around border and fringe along all four edges of shawl. Silk and embroidery are ecru in color.
