Steamboat WINTER HARBOR
The small steamboat WINTER HARBOR is pictured at Bar Harbor, Maine. She was built for Mt. Desert ferry service but after a few years was transferred to Boothbay Harbor and the Popham Beach Steamboat Co. She was built in 1887 at Bath. Originally 55 ft. in length, she was later extended to 70 ft. She travelled between Boothbay, Phippsburg, Popham Beach, and Bath and ended her working life at Wiscasset.
