The 26' 0" Seafarer sloop PEARL (subsequently named SENSEI), designed by A.S. DeW. Herreshoff and built in1936 at Herreshoff Manufacturing Co., Bristol, Rhode Island, as ROCKETTE, #1430. Interior view of the bow of the boat, its stem, ribs, and hull planks. Also seen at the right is a length of chain presumably attached to the anchor.
