Kosti Ruohomaa got his young cousin, Bobby Lofman, seated on the right, and a friend, Bobby Garrison to sit down and eat lobster for Kosti's documentation. (Kosti Ruohomaa's notes) Kosti Ruohomaa took photographs detailing the process of shelling and eating a lobster, including photos of a lobster eating contest. He enjoyed the different faces made by the gourmands, and wrote humorous captions for his photos.
