"Stern view of the world's largest reinforced fiber glass boat -- a 93-foot purse-seiner used in fishing opration in Calao (Lima), Peru -- now in operation. Seven of the vessels have been completed and five more are under construction in the shipyard of Maestranza y Astilleros Delta S.A. Reichhold Chemicals, Inc., producer of a special polyester resin used in these vessels, reports that the largest fiber glass reinforced plastic boat in the United States to date has been 82 feet long."
