Small sailboat under way. "South Freeport, Me. -- The South Freeport Yacht Basin, Inc., has completed construction and delivered to Charles S. Cheston, Jr. of Dover, Mass., a 25' Amphibi-con named the PUPULE. Outfitted mainly with Boston Sails, the PUPULE has a 7' 9" beam amd 2' 4" draft. Of glued strip construction, it is equipped with four full length bunks in two separate cabins. It has northern white cedar planking, honduras mahogany cabin sides, coamings and trim, and aluminum mast. The galley features full headroom, ample stowage space and stainless steel utilities. This is Amphibi-Con number 112 to be built at the boatyard here. It was launched on May 11." [no NF ref.]
