A man standing near an eel trap. included is a letter from Ellen B. Cosby of Marine Resources Commission of Virgina to Sam Smith of NF, Sept. 1997. The letter reads of contact between the magazine and Cosby about getting images of commercial eelers from teh Chesapeake Bay area. [ref. NF 08/1996 page 16 C]
