baskets of shrimp and by-catch
A color image of a baskets filled with shrimp nad by-catch. Four baskets are filled with shrimp while one is half filled with by-catch. "shrimp" "shrimp and by-catch- GUS D" "Chris Toole" [ref. NF 3/1977 page 16-B] Included with the slides are several papers; a poem, "The Fishermen's Hymn", by Alexander Wislon, a list of shrimp data betwen the years 1963-1972 in several Maine ports, a sea surface temperture chart 1905-1975, a chart of Boothbay harbor mean sea temp and shrimp catch, and a table of "maine shrimp fisheries" inluding years, places, peak months, duration and total catch in metric tons.
