Image of a Belfast & Moosehead Railroad passenger car stopped at a station with passengers disembarking from the platform of the car. In this charming scene from about 1950, a white-capped railroad employee helps a group of women and children emerging from the car on to the platform and down the steps to the wooden platform. This is one of a series of photographs staged to be used for an article in Life Magazine in 1950.
