Image of a point of land protruding into a river or bay, viewed from an elevated site. Visible in image: The view looks along a low-lying, forested point of land that curls around to the left, forming a small cove. The point is largely forested, but there is a clear belt across its narrowest section. This appears to be dry land as opposed to salt marsh or similar terrain; the point appears to be predominantly of rock foundation. A utility line on poles is visible at the bottom of the photograph, and again at the edge of the clearing in the center. Several smallish islands are visible beyond the point, while the surrounding waters appear constrained by other peninsulas or large islands. Signs of human habitation in this photograph are few, limited to the aforementioned telephone wires, a boat moored across the channel to the left, and the square outline of a roof just visible at the end of the point. The view of this photograph is extended to the left in LB2009.13.263. No other information about this photograph is presently known.
