The house at 13 Donworth Street (in the foreground) was built in 1904 for Eva A Trafton (the wife of the mill owner). Wilbur & Agnes Baxter also lived there. Agnes, who was the town clerk, had her office in the house. The house at 17 Donworth Street (behind the house at 13) was built in 1911 for Sam J Antworth. It has presently been completely renovated.
