The Eagles Nest -- Chases on Torsey, Readfield, Maine E122
Image of "Eagle's Nest," a shingled cabin with a sleeping porch in a rustic setting. This is one of the cabins of Chase's camp on Torsey Pond, formerly the Chases Boys' Camp, established in 1898 on the shore of Torsey Pond by John A. Chase, and said to be the first boys' camp in Maine. Other of the camp's cabins remain, all now private residences.
