A view of Halldale, Maine. This is a photo of Route 220 So. in Montville going toward Liberty. Halldale is a small section in northern Montville where there is still a print shop and an old church with a number of houses close by. Route 220 So. turns abruptly left at the bottom of the hill. Halldale Road is straight ahead going gently uphill.This photo is taken less than 1/2 mile beyond the Knox / Montville town line and perhaps two miles from the junction of Route 220 and Route 137 where the Hilltop Store and Igraham's Equipment is located.
