The image of the Brick School located on Mt Ephraim Rd. in Searsport, Maine was taken looking across Mill Stream. It was built in 1865. It housed elemtary through high school until 1930 at which time the elementary classes were moved to a new building and only high school classes were held here until a new high school was built on Mortland Road in 1952. This building was later sold and was converted into apartments.
